Each Cap has individual specifications depending on Cap type and material. It’s worthwhile checking this on the tabs presented within the product page. Use the chart below as your guide and I wish you the very best of luck measuring your own head (keep reading for assistance with this).

You will need a standard tape measure and/or a piece of string (a little patience may also be required). You can either measure your head directly with the tape or present the string instead and measure the string afterwards with the tape measure.
Run the tape or string approximately 1cm above your ear around the forehead (about mid forehead height) ensuring you fully circle the head. Hold it firmly but not too tight trying to measure roughly where the cap will sit.
If the measurement falls between sizes it’s always better to select the next size up.
And that’s all there is to it although it's one of those things that's much easier to do with a friend :)
